MOSTAR, Nov 8 (HABENA/Hina) - Head of the Department for Human Rights of
Herzeg-Bosnia Vladislav Pogarcic on Monday forwarded a letter to the head
of the
delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Bosnia-
Herzegovina,
Urs Boegli, requesting, among other things, that the members of the
Croatian Defence
Council (HVO) in Sarajevo be exchanged for Moslems.
"As you know, all the members of the HVO in Sarajevo are forced to join
the Moslem armed forces against their will," wrote Pogarcic.
"We request that you do all you can so that the arrested are released
and allowed to leave Sarajevo," said the letter.
