SARAJEVO, Nov 16 (Hina) - One civilian was killed and three wounded
in yesterday's Serb shelling of Tuzla when 11 shells fell on the
city centre. This was said today at the Sarajevo UN Protection
Force (UNPROFOR) headquarters.
UNPROFOR spokesman Paul Risley in Sarajevo warned that this
was yet another Serb attack at the UN-declared safe area.
UNPROFOR military spokesman Tim Spicer today said that UN
officials were to consider military responses to possible repeated
Serb attacks on Tuzla.
He said the Bosnian Army had succeeded in liberating some
territory near Stolice, southwest of Tuzla, in two-day clashes. The
Bosnian Army also encircled some 30 to 40 Serb troops in the
action. The Serb forces tried to help their besieged fellow troops
but failed.
