KARLOVAC
KARLOVAC, Aug 14 (Hina) - A group of 45 expelled people from
Croatian towns of Slunj, Rakovica and Cetingrad (now U.N.
Protection Area, Sector North) arrived in Karlovac (some 50 km.
south of Zagreb) from Velika Kladusa (western Bosnia) on Sunday
morning by bus, the Karlovac police reported today.
They had to flee the area of Slunj in autumn of 1991 facing
the Serb aggressors' onslaught, and were accommodated in Velika
Kladusa as refugees.
Upon their arrival from the crisis area in western Bosnia
these 45 displaced persons are now sheltered in the refugee camp of
Gaza in Karlovac where they were offered medical first aid,
according to the same source.
