SISAK, May 15 (Hina) - Alarmed at the failure of Serb forces to
pull out of the blue zone in keeping with the Zagreb cease-fire
agreement signed on 29 March, and concerned over the security of
their families' members in that zone, the inhabitants of
Moscenica (50 km S.E. of Zagreb) set up on Friday roadblocks on
a road leading to occupied Petrinja (UNPA North). The inhabitants
spent also last night keeping watch at the barricade on the road.
They forwarded on Sunday their request for better
protection of their families in the blue zone to Sisak-Moslavina
County-Prefect, Djuro Brodarac, the Superintendent of the county
police, Vladimir Milankovic and their parliamentary deputy,
Borislav Beslic.
In this way Moscenica's inhabitants also protested against
the inefficiency of UNPROFOR.
