SARAJEVO, May 3 (Hina) - Serbs must give back territory they have
taken by force in Bosnia-Herzegovina, British Foreign Office
minister Douglas Hogg told a press conference in Sarajevo on
Tuesday, a Hina reporter in the Bosnian capital said.
Hogg specified that the Serbs could keep at most 49 percent of
Bosnian territory.
He went on to say that the international community would
resolutely support such a stand and that at the moment the Serbs
had no allies. Hogg emphasized that even the Russians were
skeptical about them and their policies.
Noting that one of the reasons for his visit to Sarajevo was
to see for himself how the Washington accords were being
implemented, Hogg said he was satisfied with results achieved so
far.
