SKOPJE, Feb 17 (Hina) - The Macedonian and Croatian delegations,
headed by premiers Branko Crvenkovski and Nikica Valentic held
official talks today.
During the very friendly meeting both parties stressed that
there were no disputing issues to be overcome. Valentic suggested
that a delegation of the Macedonian Government visit Croatia soon
when several agreements on joint relations could be arranged.
Special attention was paid to preparations of the contract on
economic cooperation and establishment of external payments.
The Croatian delegation proposed the soon establishing
of diplomatic relations at ambassador's levels.
In the Croatian delegation were also Minister of economy,
Nadan Vidosevic, Minister in Croatian Government, Zlatko
Matesa, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivo Sanader,
Premier's Advisor Nenad Porges, head of Governmental Office
for Public Relations Milovan Baletic and representative of
Croatian Chamber of Commerce, Milivoj Jurisic.
