TOLISA, May 11 (Hina) - Bosnian Serb forces continued opening
small-arms and mortar fire last night and this morning along the
Orasje-Samac frontline, northern Bosnia, following several failed
attempts to break through yesterday. Besides the Bosnian Croat
(HVO) positions, Serbs targeted civilian and industrial facilities
in the area, local HVO officials said today.
Serb troop buildup has continued during the night. The traffic
of Serb military vehicles along the northern corridor in the Sava
river valley dramatically increased, Orasje HVO command said,
adding that a helicopter landing in the area was noticed.
All transports carried troops and equipment from
Serbia/Montenegro Federation to help Bosnian Serb forces.
All HVO positions were stable, the source said.
