LONDON, March 28 (Hina) - The Croatian ambassador to the United
Nations mission in Geneva and the Croatian President's special
envoy, Miomir Zuzul, today in London met for talks with British
Foreign Office political director Pauline Neville-Jones.
They discussed Croatian demands regarding a new UN
resolution on the peacekeeping mandate, the Croatian embassy in
London said in a statement.
Zuzul explained that the name of Croatia had to be included
in the title of the new peace mission. This would be a framework
for a final settlement or the reintegration of occupied areas
into the Croatian legal system.
Neville-Jones promised British support to Croatia at the
adoption of the new resolution on the UN mandate in Croatia.
