THREE, NOT FOUR, UN PEACE-KEEPERS DIE IN TRAFFIC ACCIDENT

GOSPIĆ, 22. ožujka (Hina) - Three UN troops, not four, died in a traffic accident on the Adriatic road, south of Karlobag, yesterday. Two field vehicles overturned and fell into the sea near Lukovo Sugarje south of Karlobag at 12:45 p.m. Wednesday. The first police report spoke of four dead because it was assumed that there was a dead peace-keeper in one of the vehicles that had dived into the sea. Two of the injured peacekeepers are being treated at Zadar Hospital. Three were taken to the Gospic hospital. "The three peace-keepers treated in our hospital are in a satisfactory condition," Dr. Branko Garkovic of the Gospic Hospital surgery department said this morning. (hina) vm 231201 MET mar 95
