ZAGREB, March 10 (Hina) - The president of the Croatian Supreme
Court and War Crimes Commission, Milan Vukovic, today met in Zagreb
with representatives of The Hague-based International War Crimes
Tribunal and delivered to them two disks with information on the
destruction of Vukovar by Serbian armed forces.
Vukovic informed Clint Williamson and Ton Kempenaars of a
Croatian project aimed at collecting information on crimes
committed in the Vukovar area during Serbian aggression against
Croatia in 1991.
Vukovic said that about ten thousand US dollars was needed to
complete the project.
Kempenaars said he was confident that the two disks would
contribute to the success of the tribunal's investigation into war
crimes committed in former Yugoslavia.
