ZAGREB, Feb 10, (Hina) - Croatian Parliament Speaker, Nedjeljko
Mihanovic yesterday received an inaugural visit from French
Ambassador to Croatia, Jean-Jacques Gillard, a statement from the
Speaker's Cabinet said.
In an hour-long talk Mihanovic ruminated on the chronological
political genesis of current events.
Mihanovic and Gillard swapped sentiments on the cancellation
of the UNPROFOR mandate in Croatia, the Z-4 plan, and the French
initiative calling the presidents of Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina
and Serbia to meet.
Gillard said that the three-member meeting would be held only
in the event of advance confirmation of concrete results.
