Osust expressed dissatisfaction over the behaviour of UNTAES
soldiers during the recent visit of Vukovar County officials and
Croatian Water Management representatives to Lipovac on 11 October.
On 11 October, Croatian representatives crossed the separation
line near Lipovac in order to inspect water supply situation in
Lipovac, Apsevci and Podgradje. They were ordered by UNTAES
soldiers to take off Croatian license plates from their vehicles.
On their way back from Apsevci and Podradje, the Croatian
delegation could not pass through Lipovac since UNTAES soldiers had
put up a road block in the village, Osust said in the letter.
