ZAGREB, Oct 11 (Hina) - Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic on
Friday recieved the European Union special envoy to Mostar, Sir
Martin Garrod, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
Garrod thanked Croatia for the assistance it had extended in
resolving the post-electoral crisis, stabilizing the overall
situation and implementing an agreement on a joint action in
Mostar, the statement said.
The EU envoy drew attention to certain incidents which he said
did not downplay the progress towards full stabilization of the
situation in Mostar.
Croatia would remain firmly committed to the consistent
implementation of the Washington and Dayton accords and the
Agreement on Mostar, Granic said.
Croatia would support the work of the EU administration in
Mostar and would help remove any obstacles to implementing the said
agreements, he added.
