ZAGREB, Oct 9 (Hina) - Croatia's Premier Zlatko Matesa on Wednesday
received representatives of world reputable media houses.
The purpose of media workers' visit is to be gain insight into
countries where the U.N. Development Programme, UNDP, is working as
part of U.N. action.
Matesa answered questions about a process and financing of
Croatia's development and reconstruction, the return of refugees,
development of tourism, foreign business partners' presence in
Croatia, Europe's integration processes, Croatia's economy, and the
media freedoms.
Matesa responded to questions about the reintegration of the
Croatian Danubian area, relations between Croatia and the World
Organization, relations between his country and the Federation of
Bosnia-Herzegovina, as well as relations with other countries in
the region.
Foreign journalists also talked with Croatia's Foreign
Ministry officials and Croatian parliamentarians.
