municipalities, two in the Bosnian Federation and one in Republika Srpska. The election results in these municipalities have not been made public by 13.00 hours.

said that the counting of votes for the Bosnian Presidency had
ended at 13.00 hours in only three municipalities, two in the

The votes are being counted in 151 locations in Bosnia-
Herzegovina.
Fisher added that the Electoral Appellate Subcommission had
received 85 complaints on the regularity of elections on which
decisions should be made within 72 hours.
