ZAGREB, 12 Sept (Hina) - Croatian Agriculture and Forestry Minister
Matej Jankovic on Thursday held talks with the general director of
the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO), Jacques Diouf. The two
officials discussed cooperation between Croatia and FAO, which, it
was stressed, had been very good. Jankovic and Diouf also discussed
the projects in which the Croatian Ministry of Agriculture and
Forestry had cooperated with FAO as well as possible new areas of
cooperation.
The meeting also tackled preparations for the forthcoming
summit on world nutrition, which is to be held in Rome this
November and improvement of cooperation between Croatia and FAO.
