MOSTAR, Sept 12 (Hina) - In occasion of the incursion of a group of
Muslims from Eastern into Western (Croat) Mostar, European Union
special envoy in Mostar Martin Garrod on Thursday said that the
situation was becoming very serious.
Garrod said he had sent a letter to Bosnian President Alija
Izetbegovic expressing his concern with the latest events.
"I advocate that all displaced persons return to their homes,
not only to Mostar, but Bugojno, Vares, Zenica or Travnik (Muslim-
controlled towns) too", Garrod said.
He added that to achieve that, the right moment must be chosen
and plans set, otherwise the situation would become much worse,
like now in Mostar.
