ROME, July 28 (Hina) - Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic is to
visit Italy on Monday for talks with his Italian counterpart
Lamberto Dini on the signing of new bilateral agreements which
should enhance the already good economic and other cooperation
between the two countries.
The most important agreements Croatia and Italy should sign,
most probably in September, are agreements on the avoidance of
double taxation, the stimulation and protection of investments,
tourist cooperation, road transport etc.
There is also an agreement on the protection of ethnic
minorities whose text is already set and which should be signed in
September, and an agreement on friendship and cooperation proposed
by Croatia.
