ZAGREB, July 3 (Hina) - Head of the Task Force for Regional Issues
at International Peace Coordinator Carl Bildt' s Office, Ambassador
Martin Lutz, on Tuesday held talks with representatives of the
Initiative for the Serb National Congress and the Commission for
Human Rights of the Serbs' Association in Croatia.
According to a Wednesday statement by the representatives,
they acquainted Lutz with the actual movements in the Serb National
Association and with their programmes, initiatives and attempts to
reconstruct citizens' relations, help the return of all displaced

status.
They particularly stressed the importance of legal security
and the realization of equalities before the law as basic
