interview with the commander of U.N. forces in the Croatian
Danubian area, General Joseph Schoups. The interview is headlined
'largest Part of Weapons Removed From Croatian Danubian Area'. U.N.
military forces are ready to prevent any attempt aimed at military

Nenad Ivankovic comments on the second session of the
Presidential Council which focused on Croatia's international
position and the postponement of its admission to the Council of
Europe. Ivankovic stresses that 'it still can be said that Europe
had at least its own reasons why it decided to keep us waiting. Or,
in other words, only few would say that Croatian authorities are
the only ones to blame'.
