workers and all citizens of the Republic of Croatia, with

In his message, Minister Skara wished the Croatian citizens
the realisation of the basic aim of Croatia's state policy - the
peaceful reintegration of the Croatian Danubian area, as a
precondition for the implementation of an economic program, the
revival of economy and the creation of new jobs.
