ZAGREB, Apr 10 (Hina) - The House of Representatives today opened
the April session with a minute of silence in honour of Croatian
defenders, the civilians victims of war and the victims of last
week's US plane crash off the Dubrovnik airport.
The session is attended by representatives of the Government,
except for Prime Minister Zlatko Matesa who is in the United States
to attend the funeral of Commerce Secretary Ronald Brown.
The House scheduled Question Time between 9 and 10 a.m. After
that, the deputies are expected to adopt the proposed agenda, which
includes 20 items.
The items to be debated during this session include a package
of labour laws in the first reading, and a Constitutional Bill on
Cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal, which has
reached its final reading.
