Westendorp laid wrath at the city's Spanish Square, visited
eastern-based (Muslim-controlled) Center for rehabilitation of the
retarded children and met eastern city Mayor Safet Orucevic.
After meeting with EU administrator Koschnick, Westendorp
would later in the day go to Medjugorje where he would meet western
(Croat) city Mayor Mijo Brajkovic and visit Spanish IFOR troops,
based there.
