MEDJUGORJE, Jan 31 (Hina) - The commander of the Spanish ground troops headquarters, Lieutenant-General Jose Faura Martin, Wednesday arrived in Medjugorje, southern Bosnia-Herzegovina, to tour Spanish troops, as part of NATO-led
Implementation Force in Bosnia, next two days, the Spanish IFOR brigade, accommodated in Medjugorje, reported this evening.
MEDJUGORJE, Jan 31 (Hina) - The commander of the Spanish ground
troops headquarters, Lieutenant-General Jose Faura Martin,
Wednesday arrived in Medjugorje, southern Bosnia-Herzegovina, to
tour Spanish troops, as part of NATO-led Implementation Force in
Bosnia, next two days, the Spanish IFOR brigade, accommodated in
Medjugorje, reported this evening. #L#
Gen. Martin will visit Spanish soldiers, situated in
Medjugorje, at Mostar airport, in eastern part of Mostar, Dracevo
and Nevesinje (where so high-ranking Spanish officer is touring a
Serb-held area for the first time).
In Mostar Gen. Martin will deliver three ambulances each to
mayors of eastern and western part of the city. The Spanish General
will also give two ambulances to the mayor of Trebinje.
