BONN, Dec 9 (Hina) - Croatia agrees to stronger authority on the
part of the international High Representative in Bosnia within the
limits of implementation of the Dayton peace agreement, Croatian
Foreign Minister Mate Granic said in Bonn Tuesday.
"Croatia has nothing against stronger authority on the part of the
High Representative if the Dayton agreement is being strongly
implemented, in spirit and letter", Granic told reporters.
He assessed the final document of the conference on the
implementation of the Dayton agreement, which he is attending in
Bonn, would be acceptable for Croatia.
The conference gathers 51 countries and 21 international
organisations.
German Foreign Minister Klaus Kinkel and U.S. assistant secretary
of state, Strobe Talbott, commended Croatia for its cooperation
with the International War Crimes Tribunal for the Former
Yugoslavia in The Hague.
