( Editorial: --> 1039 ) ZAGREB, Nov 15 (Hina) - Croatian President's special envoy for relations with the Bosnian Federation and Bosnia-Herzegovina, Franjo Greguric, told Croatian Television on Friday evening that the initial Bosniac criticisms against the Croatian Draft Agreement on Special Relations with the Bosnian-Federation were mellowing, adding that the Bosniacs were now attempting to "view the Croatian initiative with good faith". Greguric stressed that the draft agreement was not directed against Bosniacs and Bosnia-Herzegovina, and all who thought so were wrong.
