SARAJEVO, Nov 7 (Hina) - Legislative bodies and police in Sarajevo
gathered indisputable evidence on crimes over civilians, mostly of
Serb nationality, committed by Bosnian army members during the
occupation of Bosnia-Herzegovina's capital, said Sarajevo's
magazine "Dani".
The magazine carries the results of an investigation into crimes
committed by members of a Bosnia-Herzegovina Army brigade which was
commanded by Musan Topalovic, a.k.a. Caco.
Out of all those who had been found guilty, only four remained in
prison, and three had been forwarded to psychiatric treatment, Dani
said. The highest military, police and state officials had been
informed about the case, the magazine concluded.
