ZAGREB, Nov 4 (Hina) - Croatian President Franjo Tudjman on Tuesday
sent a letter of congratulations to the newly-elected President of
Ireland, Mary McALeese.
President Tudjman congratulated Mrs McALeese on her election as
Irish President, expressing his best wishes for her personal
happiness and the prosperity of her country and people.
I am confident that the relations between Ireland and Croatia will
continue to develop for the benefit of our countries and peoples,
Tudjman said.
