BRCKO, Oct 17 (Hina) - Two Bosnian Serb customs officials in the
northern Sava river town of Brcko were arrested by SFOR troops on
Friday for collecting a road toll from passengers entering
Bosnia-Herzegovina at the Brcko-Gunja border crossing.
The two men were arrested at the request of the
International Police Task Force (IPTF), said the IPTF spokeswoman
in Brcko, Kathy Ladun.
Ladun said that the offices of the IPTF and the
international supervisor of the town had already warned the
customs officials at that border crossing several times not to
charge a road toll.
