STRASBOURG, Oct 8 (Hina) - A delegation of the Subcommittee for
Refugees of the Council of Europe's Parliamentary Assembly will be
on an investigative mission in Bosnia-Herzegovina between 12 and 15
October to examine the process of the return of Bosnian refugees and
displaced persons.
The delegation is scheduled to visit Bihac, Banja Luka, Brcko,
Tuzla and Sarajevo, the towns from which entire population groups
were expelled during the war.
On October 16, the Council of Europe delegates will attend a
seminar in Sarajevo on the return of refugees and displaced persons.
President Alija Izetbegovic, Foreign Minister Jadranko Prlic and
international High Representative Carlos Westendorp have also been
invited to attend.
