SARAJEVO, Sept 25 (Hina) - The results of the Bosnian municipal
election held on 13 and 14 September will be made known on 30
September and 1 October, a spokesman for the Organization for
Security and Cooperation in Europe, David Foley, told a press
conference in Sarajevo on Thursday.
The ballots have been counted, except uncertified ones from
the town of Brcko, Foley said, adding when this was done a 72
hour period for lodging appeals would follow.
According to the OSCE spokesman, each appeal submitted to a
sub-commission for appeals will be taken into consideration in
line with rules and regulations of the Bosnian Temporary Election
Commission .
More than 100 appeals have been lodged so far, he said,
adding most of them would be rejected or cleared without major
difficulties.
