THE HAGUE, Aug 14 (Hina) - The Appeals Chamber of the International
Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia will convene on
September 22-23 to hear views of Croatia, the Prosecutor and "amici
curiae" regarding Croatia's appeal against a subpoena duces tecum,
the tribunal said in a statement on Thursday.
The Appeals Chamber will consider "the admissibility and
merits" of the appeal lodged on July 25 by Croatia against the
subpoena decision, the statement said.
The Appeals Chamber consists of Presiding Judge Antonio
Cassese, who is also president of the tribunal, and Judges Adolphus
Karibi-Whyte, Haopei Li, Sir Ninian Stephen and Lal Chand Vohrah.
