MOSTAR, July 17 (Hina) - Town authorities of Mostar held a session on
Thursday after a two-month break, under the chairmanship of Mayor Ivan
Prskalo and Deputy Mayor Safet Orucevic.
The two said that they had discussed implementation of the Dayton
peace accords and the financing of the bodies of the town
administration.
Prskalo added that the World Bank director had sent a letter
offering assistance in financing Mostar's authorities. Mayor added they
would sent a response with documents showing needs of town authorities.
Orucevic added that they would ask the World Bank to give financial
help for the town's budget by the end of 1997 and in 1998.
