ZAGREB, March 6 (Hina) - Croatia's Deputy Defence Minister, Lt.Gen. Kresimir
Cosic, on Thursday received the newly-appointed Slovenian Military Attaché
in Croatia, Brigadier Zlatko Vehovar.
"Bilateral military cooperation with neighbouring countries is highly
important. We believe that the bilateral military relations with Slovenia
will substantially intensify in the next term," Cosic said after the talks,
which also included Croatian Army Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Pavao Miljavac.
Vehovar said that one of the Slovenian foreign policy goals was to
have good relations with Croatia and that his task was to expand them to the
area of military cooperation.
