MOSTAR, Feb 10 (Hina) - The head of the OSCE (Organization for
Security and Cooperation in Europe) mission in Bosnia-Herzegovina,
Ambassador Robert Frowick strongly condemned the resorting to
violence which happened in Mostar on Monday, Mostar-based OSCE
Regional Office said in a statement on Monday evening.
This violence is an attempt of extremist elements to destroy
the present work in the direction of peace and reconciliation in
Mostar, said the statement.
According to the statement, Ambassador Frowick demanded that
persons responsible for Mostar incidents should be apprehended,
tried and punished. He called upon all citizens of Mostar and
Bosnia-Herzegovina to remain calm.
