STOCKHOLM, Feb 5 (Hina) - Croatian Economy Minister Davor Stern, on
Wednesday wounded up a two-day official visit to Sweden where his
host was Swedish Trade Minister Leif Pagrotsky.
Croatian and Swedish ministers expressed interest in
furthering economic cooperation between the two countries.
The Croatian economy and possibilities of investment in the
country were presented to biggest Swedish companies'
representatives in Stockholm, in organization of Croatian-Swedish
Chamber of Trade.
Croatian businessmen who accompanied Minister Stern on the
visit to this Scandinavian country, held talks with potential
Swedish partners.
Minister Stern toured the ABB, Electrolux and Ericsson
companies.
He and the Croatian delegation also met Croatian community's
representatives in the offices of the Croatian community in Sweden.
Minister Stern was accompanied by Croatian Ambassador to
Sweden, Mladen Ibler, an Assistant Minister, Branko Jordanic, the
Croatian investment promotion agency head, Vanja Kalogjera, the
Croatian Chamber of Commerce foreign relations sector director,
Dunja Konjevod, and representatives of several Croatian firms.
