According to the Mostar-based Spanish SFOR brigade, the
intensified patrols will continue until tensions abate. The patrols
involve Spanish, French and Moroccan soldiers.
The neighbourhood of Rodoc on the western bank of the Neretva
River came under small arms fire from the Moslem-controlled
neighbourhood of Donja Mahala on Thursday evening, according to
western Mostar police. There were no casualties.
