REINTEGRATIO $ N ZAGREB, 20 Feb (Hina) - The Council for Defence and National Security on Thursday held a session under the chairmanship of the Croatian President Franjo Tudjman, a statement from the President's office said. #L# Vice Premier Ivica Kostovic informed the Council about the course of peaceful reintegration of the Croatian Danubian area and preparations for the elections in the area as well as about the cooperation between Croatian authorities and the Transitional Administrator Jacques Klein. Interior Minister Ivan Penic said that the issuing of Croatian citizenship certificates and ID cards in the area was proceeding as planned, adding that Croatian administration bodies have solved most of the requests. Speaking about the results of yesterday's visit to Belgrade, Foreign Minister Mate Granic said that both the Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic and Foreign Minister Milan Milutinovic expressed full readiness for Yugoslavia's constructive role in the successful completion of the reintegration process. Defence Minister Gojko Susak and General Pavao Miljavac informed the Council about a visit of the French army Chief-Of- Staff, General Jean Douin to Croatia. As regards recent incidents in Mostar and their presentation in international circles, the Council confirmed Croatia's strong commitment to the full and consistent implementation of the Washington and Dayton agreements, in cooperation with Federation parties, Bosnia's parties and the international community, which would prevent the artificial creation of tensions and their political consequences and ensure that all those responsible for those incidents take all legal and political consequences, the statement said.
