MOSTAR, Feb 24 (Hina) - Last night passed peacefully in Mostar, commander of
the International Police Task Force (IPTF) for the Mostar area, Frank
Sarver, said in a statement on Monday morning. The public relations office
of the Stabilization Force's (SFOR) Multinational Division for Sector South
East, based at Mostar's Ortijes airport, confirmed that no incident occurred
last night.
The investigation on last week's attacks on SFOR vehicles in the
centre of Mostar was, according to Sarver, under the authority of the head
office of the IPTF for Bosnia-Herzegovina in Sarajevo, and it was as yet
unknown when the results of the investigation would be known. SFOR's
Multinational Division for Sector South East confirmed this.
