SARAJEVO, Jan 13 (Hina) - Five opposition parties in Bosnia-
Herzegovina announced on Monday they may form a shadow cabinet by
the end of this month.
Opposition parties from the country's Moslem-Croat and Serb
entities had worked out a protocol on the principles of
establishing an alternative council of ministers that would
consist of a chairman, two deputies and seven members, Social
Democratic Union vice president Sejfudin Tokic told a news
conference in Sarajevo.
The parties had already discussed with European Commission
officials the participation of alternative council
representatives in a donors' conference on Bosnia-Herzegovina due
to take place in Brussels in March, Tokic said.
