The search for the perpetrator continued, Arnold said,
adding that UNTAES was convinced that the murder had been
committed by a mentally unbalanced person who had thrown a
bomb into his/her own apartment prior to the murder, had shot
a dog and shot at a UNTAES vehicle after the murder.
