ZAGREB, Oct 5 (Hina) - A total of 526 flats of 28,800 square metres
in average were sold in the first six months of this year in
Croatia.
According to the State Statistics Centre, the average price for a
square metre was US$1,178.
Most flats, 232 of them, were sold in Zagreb. The flats were 12,700
square metres in average, valued at US$1,438 per square metre.
In other towns, 294 flats averaging 16,100 square metres were sold
at an average price of US$974 per square metre.
