MORE THAN 2 600 EXHIBITORS TO PARTICIPATE IN ZAGREB AUTUMN FAIR

( Editorial: --> 9199 ) ZAGREB, Sept 9 (Hina) - The 74th International Zagreb Autumn Fair will host 2,651 exhibitors from 42 countries from September 14 to 24. Exhibiting will be 1,457 foreign exhibitors, with 316 participants from 20 countries as a whole. Croatia's economy partner this year is the Czech Republic. The exact number of exhibitors is not yet available, but this year's exhibition holds last year's fair record, Zagreb Fair managing director Jurica Pavelic told reporters on Wednesday. Croatian President Franjo Tudjman is expected to open the fair. This largest fair in Croatia will be accompanied by 20 conferences, including the Croatian economic forum - a traditional meeting between business people and the Prime Minister and other government officials. Visitors will also be able to browse through the international textile fair - Intertekstil. The Federal Republic of Yugoslavia will for the first time be presented at the 74th international Zagreb Autumn Fair with the "Elektroporcelan" exhibition, while other companies, whose numbers are unknown, will appear jointly.
