PRISTINA, Aug 2 (Hina) - Serbian military and armed forces have been
rocketing villages around Djakovica, a village in Kosovo, near the
Albanian border, since Sunday morning.
The Kosovo Information Centre reported conflicts raged all up to
the village of Junike in the Decani municipality.
Sources of the Democratic Union of Kosovo in Djakovica reported
about very powerful explosions in the area.
The targets of these renewed Serbian attacks are bordering villages
of Nec, Ramoc, Smolica, Stubla, Berjahe, Nivokaz and Doborshe.
These are the most violent offensives by Serbian forces yet,
according to the Kosovo Information Centre
There is no information about casualties because the area is
blocked off by Serbian troops.
