PRISTINA, July 18 (Hina) - A delegation of the Organisation for
Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) on Saturday ended a two-
day visit to Kosovo holding talks with Kosovo Albanian leader
Ibrahim Rugova.
After the talks delegation leader Ambassador Hans Joerg Eiff only
said the delegation was returning to Belgrade.
The delegation's mission is to determine and gather facts, Eiff
said before his talks with Rugova.
The mission does not have a negotiating character and our aim is to
help re-establish OSCE missions in the Yugoslav provinces of
Kosovo, Sandzak and Vojvodina.
During the two-day stay in Kosovo, the OSCE delegation held
separate talks on the latest situation and possibilities of
resolving the Kosovo crisis with representatives of Serb
authorities and Kosovo Albanian leaders.
The 12-member delegation included the ambassadors of Contact Group
member-countries, representatives of the OSCE troika, which
includes Poland, Norway and Denmark, and the ambassador of European
Union presiding Austria.
