WESTENDORP SEEKS SPEEDY RETURN OT REFUGEES TO BOSNIA

( Editorial: --> 5446 ) SARAJEVO, July 3 (Hina) - High International Representative for the implementation of the Dayton Agreement in Bosnia-Herzegovina Carlos Westendorp asked all bodies of authority in Bosnia to accelerate efforts to create conditions for a speedier return of refugees to the country. Westendorp warned in a decision published Friday that he would not shy away from using all his authority to dismiss every official who obstructs the process of return and establishment of post-war ethnic balance. Spokesman for Westendorp's Office, Rida Attarashani, told reporters that the decision could be considered as a serious warning to officials in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
