KOSOVO VILLAGES NEAR ALBANIA VICTIM OF STRONG SERB ATTACKS

( Editorial: --> 3514 ) PRISTINA, June 24 (Hina) - Serbian forces on Wednesday continued with violent attacks on western Kosovo villages in Djakovica Municipality bordering with Albania, the Kosovo Information Centre reported. Albanian forces have successfully resisted the attacks despite large-scale destruction, the same source said. Battles lasted throughout the day but no information on possible victims is available due to the fact that the area is cut off.
