NAGYKANIZSA, Nov 17 (Hina) - A group of about 40 business people from Croatia's northern region of Medjimurje and Hungary's Zala county met on Wednesday in Nagykanizsa, the industrial centre of Zala. The meeting addressed the
possibilities of establishing cooperation between the two border regions. Croatia's Ambassador to Hungary, Zdenko Skrabalo, said the meeting is part of making the Hungarian-Croatian partnership more concrete, which is an issue recently addressed on several occasions by Hungarian Premier Viktor Orban. A Hungarian MP Laszlo Nogradi, who chairs a Croatian-Hungarian parliamentary committee, also pointed to the need of strengthening the countries' economic ties.(hina) rml
