"We know our neighbours and we will help them on the road towards Europe. We know how it is important to embrace European Union criteria and understand the European logic," Jandrokovic said.
He also commented on the findings of the latest opinion polls showing that more than 60% of Croatians support their country's admission to the EU.
Besides, Zagreb has launched a campaign to provide citizens with information about Croatia's future EU membership, Jandrokovic added.
Croatia is not afraid of the monitoring until its admission to the EU, he said adding that "in July 2013 we will be 100 percent mature for the entry."
In his interview with the Austrian paper, the minister said that Austria was the biggest investor in Croatia, having invested EUR 6.5 billion into Croatia from 1993 to 2010.
