ZAGREB, July 24 (Hina) - Croatia's Agrokor on Tuesday signed a 2.5 million kuna (approx. $301,200) deal with the G.A.M company from Vignano, Italy for the export of 400 heifers, Agrokor reported. Italy has been the biggest importer of
Croatian heifers, demanded on the Italian market for their supreme quality. The export of heifers stopped in the early 1990s and is now being renewed. The Italian buyer got acquainted with a cattle-breeding technology in Agrokor, which guarantees high quality heifers.
